Description

Lords of the Sierra Madre covers the full scope of the free for all that took place in the late 19th and early 20th century as the doors to capitalism and entrepreneurism ran rampant.  Build rail roads, ranches, mines, or other profitable businesses.  Run for office, even the presidency!  U.S. and Mexican soldiers are there to help defend your possessions, but will they arrive on time?  Hire outlaws and mercenaries to attack other players and hope they don't turn on you.  Assassinate those in office that hinder your own progress.  The surviving player with the most money at game end wins.

Game includes rules and historical commentary.  Excellent choice for educational purposes.
